In this role, I collaborate with diverse clients on projects focusing on digital onboarding transformation, digital lending transformation, AI, and embedded finance.I was a co-founder of an SME fintech, Handii, which envisioned creating Australia's only native digital ADI (subject to APRA approval of an Authorised Deposit-Taking Institution (“ADI”) license) focused on the needs of Small Business Owners. Prior to Handii, I held various executive leadership roles at ANZ Bank, initially as General Manager, Asset Finance, Commercial Broker and Commercial Transaction Banking. During my tenure, I successfully revitalised the Asset Finance business within 18 months, resulting in an 11% revenue increase.I was then appointed General Manager of Small Business, where I developed and implemented a growth strategy that increased market share from 14.4% to 14.9% and increased staff engagement by 9%. I then took on new accountability as the General Manager, Commercial Payments, Products, and Transformation. Key achievements included the development and delivery of ANZ Bank's multi-year business lending transformation program, which significantly improved the customer, banker, and broker experience and incubated and scaled ANZ’s Banks digital SME lending platform, Go Biz, which resulted in a market-leading customer experience (NPS+74).Before these roles, I worked across many areas of ANZ Bank, including digital marketing, data analytics, end-to-end product management, sales leadership, and credit risk.I was also a seed investor/ NED of edtech, ReadCloud (ASX: RCL), an integrated SAAS platform delivering eLearning and management solutions for schools, students, and publishers.
