• Developed Virtual Vehicle Test Platform (VVTP), a framework that enabled partially-automated testing of the customer’s call center infrastructure, reducing workloads of test engineers and improving test consistency.• Integrated text-to-speech and speech-to-text support into VVTP, allowing software testing of call center IVRs (Interactive Voice Response) and operators.• Extended and refactored Virtual Agent System (VAS), which simulated a call center operator, and enabled transition to fully automated call center testing. • Led training and Q&A sessions for test engineers using VVTP and VAS, resulting in faster test development and improved practices.
