My journey has seen me transition from the foundational days of IP-PBXs to leading enterprise transformation projects that integrate cutting-edge communication solutions.My technical acumen extends to delivering Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice projects through Direct Routing, and I am well-versed in the hardware required to support these complex deployments.
