I’m an MHRIR student at the University of Illinois School of Labor and Employment Relations, driven to lead and inspire the workforce by fostering a culture of open-minded challenges and innovative engagement. I hold a B.S. in Clinical-Community Psychology with two minors in Public Relations and Communication. I held various leadership positions in student organizations and conducted research on racial and minority issues, which inspired my passion for a career in HR.My passion for advocating for individuals who feel unheard drives me to create environments where all employees can thrive. By combining my academic insights with a creative approach to strategic planning, my goal is to make a meaningful impact in HR.
