- Handle the control of certain personnel cash payments such as : (Vouchers, paid checks, annual leaves, allowances, catering, hotel charges, air tickets and other Miscellaneous;- Monitor payroll report and any deductions on payroll;- Working on cash, bank, account payable, and H.R. systems;- Assist in managing any problem that arise with suppliers regarding reconciliations and payments;- Supervise, train and monitor staff;- Responsible for controlling payments of all suppliers, monitor payroll, prepare reports and perform other financial control tasks at the Site;- Control and approve all issued cash and credit invoices related to suppliers to ensure the compliancy with their contracts or ( LPO’s and MR’s) and conformity with the established endorsement limits;- Liaise with Procurement and sites in order to get supporting documents and needed approvals for supplier payments;- Ensure arithmetical accuracy to all payments;- Buying and selling of scrap steel and making deals with customers;
