In December 2016, I was brought on board as a Director of Facebook Campaign Management Course at Habetzefer. Under my leadership, I am recognized for making significant contributions by teaching 18 sessions course that was focused on Facebook campaign management. As part of my responsibilities, I direct students on how to facilitate the development, design and execution of Facebook marketing initiatives, content strategies and related creative deployments. No matter what, I always ensure to leverage in-depth knowledge of social media trends to advise students on best practices to reach marketing goals. Building solid digital marketing system requires tested and proven marketing strategies. In this role, I teach students how to curate, develop, strategize and implement social media marketing initiatives in order to drive business growth and enhance market share.

Blink is recognized as Israel's first & top social media, content & digital marketing agency, and as of 2017 part of the worldwide HAVAS group.▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁▁As the VP Media&Production at Blink Havas, I was charged with the responsibilities of managing Media and Production team of 6 people, Building clients media strategy and implementation in the PPC team and overseeing all video productions for the company's leading clients. In addition to my daily duties, I contributed immensely to company's growth by monitoring campaigns on a continuous basis to provide clients with real time information and response. I additionally created process improvements, enhanced effectiveness of website, and impact of marketing programs while cutting overall administrative costs substantially. My daily duties include: managing the team, building high impotency strategic media plan for clients, presenting the media plans to the clients and overseeing the implementation of the media plans for a successful campaign. My role also included Searching and implementing new media outlets and new at-tech start-ups in order to create more revenue channels for the company and an innovation in the field.

Early 2013, I took the helm as a Media Manager at Blink Digital Marketing to improve on existing media strategies. With positive results in mind, I created and developed company’s cutting-edge media department, while recruiting and supervising new team members who are consistently meeting target goals and business milestones. During this period, my responsibilities included handling world class campaigns for international and domestic clients including, Content Campaigns, Conversion Campaigns, Contextual Advertising, PPC (Google, Facebook), and others. As a relationship builder and avid communicator, I established positive interactions with vendors from different sectors to enhance business processes. I was also acknowledged for planning and creating robust social media presence to support sales and marketing teams.

In February 2012, I joined Blink Digital Marketing as an Account Manager. In this role, I was responsible for mmanaging, maintaining social media pages across all media channels for some of the local market’s leading brands. My duties included; creating and uploading compelling content, fielding user questions and queries, responding to questions and requests while enhancing customer service values through the enhancement of the users’ experience. Creating brand awareness is a strategic approach to steering business success. As a branding extraordinaire, I executed sponsored campaigns to strengthen brand penetration through the consistent creation of an internet “buzz” that radiated through all social media outlets to strengthen brand awareness, resulting in increase in client revenues.I'm most proud of my accomplishment of handling the accounts of leading clients from Israel’s largest corporate concerns including Discount bank, All of Tneuva’s Brands, Osem, Fox Group, IDI Insurance, Meuchedet Health Fund, Shufersal, and others.

Central to my position as Marketing Director at Irit Noy, I managed marketing aspects in the company’s chain of stores as well as online store outlets, handled all customer service tasks, following up on leads culminating in complete customer satisfaction, and monitored statistics and determined the impact of internet campaigns on final sales figures. By researching sales segments and their responsiveness to ad campaigns, I drove initiatives that maximized acquisition and retention while constantly focusing on highest-ROI activities.
