I was apart of the Concierge Support team. We provided the highest quality support for our top buyers and sellers. We went above and beyond in meeting and exceeding their needs, we would actively reach out to them to make sure they were doing good, we would alert them if we found an item they were looking for, even from other companies. We would communicate between sellers and their buyers to resolve any issues.

I managed the listing department which included listing items on eBay, Amazon and other online retailers. We photographed every new item, created descriptions and titles. I researched possible new items, kept up to date on new electronic releases and made sure our accessories were available to big when new phones/watches were released. I kept track of inventory and made sure all sites were up to date. I kept close track of our best selling items and the worst, found new ways to rebrand the items that weren’t selling as well. I also would keep track of competitors prices so we could match. I trained and hired for the department and made sure everyone was crossed trained in at least one additional area.
