• Responsible for building, configuring, documenting, and testing software products required to help organizations succeed with Apple• Independently evaluate owned products and processes to reduce complexity and increase maintainability and testability• Participate in solution design for new features and products• Mentor and train Associate, Level I, and other new Engineers

• Responsible for building, configuring, documenting, and testing software products required to help organizations succeed with Apple• Utilize an understanding of customer workflows in order to identify and improve weaknesses in owned product areas• Partner with experienced Engineers, Product Management and leadership to understand priorities and communicate technical concepts with others in the organization (Technical Communication, Support, Product, etc.)

• Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure specialists, and business analysts to deliver innovative solutions for complex EDI systems• Develop, maintain, and enhance maps used for data transformation and manipulation• Execute End to End testing as it relates to release packages, system updates, and error tracking

• Provide professional, individual support for faculty and students throughout the CIS department while also performing routine administrative tasks• Communicate effectively through email, phone, and meetings to provide instructions regarding a variety of department software for several operating systems

• Research independently through the Clare Boothe Luce Research Program with the occasional assistance of an adviser• Program full-time in attempt to connect Amazon Echo and Twitter via Alexa Skills Kit, Twitter API, and Python• Create research documentation with the intention of presenting at a national conference
