• Upgrade & implement Integrated management system documentation according to (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018) & updated legal requirements and environmental legislation.• Evaluate practices & procedures according to ISO 31000 and to the law.• Monitor compliance with policies and laws by inspecting & auditing employees and operations.• Investigate accidents & incidents to discover root causes and take preventative measures to prevent recurrence.• Conduct training on health and safety matters at all levels.• Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety.• Recommend solutions on HSE issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures.• Monitor reports on health and safety awareness, issues, and statistics.

• Lead and manage Health & Safety management Issues and concerns to ensure company compliance with statutory requirements and IFC, and EBRD standards.• Developing safety management policies and programs.• Development and implementation of Health & Safety Plans in construction and O&M phases to assure its compliance with standards.• Coordinating training programs, investigating workplace incidents, preparing reports & KPIs.• Ensure that the lender's requirements are fulfilled.• Maintain, monitor and on-time reporting of HSE performance metrics, statistics, records, and injuries.• Perform quarterly contractor audits and biannual field assessments and daily observations.• Supervise all O&M activities (installation & assembly, lifting & rigging, working at height, LOTO, working at height, emergency response, Commissioning & Start-ups, …etc.).

 Identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of HSE initiatives across the facility in accordance to company’s corporate policy. supervise the steel structure, the heavy lifting while in the assembly phase. Report incidents and accidents taking place in the facility, carryout investigation, and report outcome as per HSE legal regulations and company policy. Liaisons with all departments on safety and environmental issues, and coordinate with all personnel on proper implementation of HSE set standards Institute best practices in environmental performance (ISO 14001 Environment) and occupational health and safety.

 Working as a laboratory shift manager during the commissioning, start-up and running of production of Carboxymethylcellulose plant, (CMC), trained by the German experts of Josef Meissner GmbH & Co. whom where responsible for engineering and commissioning. Working in the Q.C. and Q.A. Department, responsible for the analysis of raw materials, samples during production and final quality control of the products. Responsible for trial runs done in the Pilot Plant “R&D” and interpretation of the results with respect to the up-scaling on plant scale. Responsible for plant recipe. The applicant is working according to :• Participating in implementation of ISO 9001 quality system.• Applying ISO 14001 environmental system.
