- Director Supervision of Construction of 45 Residential Buildings.- Adopt samples of materials used in the project according to technical specifications and industry assets such as (marble, sand, cement, prefabricated concrete, paint materials, bricks, pipes, insulation, omnital, wood doors and electrical hoses).- Receipt of armed concrete construction works for foundations, columns, ceilings and concrete walls.- Receipt of integrated finishing works such as (masonry, oyster whites, door carpentry, windows, Aluminium, drainage plumbing, nutrition, steel, thermal insulation, water insulation, rainwater drainage, gypsum and cranes).- Review the inventory work and extracts, prepare the report, review the construction drawings and match them with the architecture.

- Supervision of Construction of 15 Residential Buildings.- Supervising the pouring of Ready-Mixed Concrete for the structural elements on site and measuring their validity before and during pouring and making the necessary tests on site.- Receipt of reinforced concrete construction works for foundations, columns, roofs and concrete walls- Receipt integrated finishing works such as (building walls, oyster whites, door carpentry, aluminum, drainage plumbing, feeding, steel, thermal insulation, water insulation, rainwater drainage and gypsum). - Review quantity the works and prepare the reports.

- Supervising the construction of 4 villas from Drilling to final finishing.- Supervising the ready-mixed concrete pouring of structural elements on site and measuring their serviceability before and during pouring and conducting the necessary on-site checks.- Receipt of reinforced concrete construction works for foundations, columns, ceilings, and concrete wall.- Receipt integrated finishing works such as (building walls, oyster whites, door carpentry, aluminum, drainage plumbing, feeding, steel, thermal insulation, water insulation, rainwater drainage and gypsum).- Review quantity the works and prepare the reports.

- Managing the operations and construction of villas on the project site. - Receipt of structural reinforced concrete works from foundations, columns, retaining walls and ceilings.- Receipt of Electrical and plumbing works.- Receipt the architectural works of Masonry, Plaster, external painting, Sornaga, GRC, Marble, and Clay tiles .- Determine the required levels for construction using (level instrument) surveying equipment.- Inspect the project site monitor progress and ensure design specifications as well as safety and security standards must be met.- Prepare the inspection request (IR) to the consultant engineer for approval.- Prepare the RFI needed for missing data to complete our scope of works.

- Management and construction of residential buildings on the project site. - Receipt of structural reinforced concrete works from foundations, columns, retaining walls and ceilings.- Receipt of Electrical and plumbing works.- Receipt the architectural works of Masonry, Plaster, external painting, Marble, and Clay tiles .- Determine the required levels for construction using (level instrument) surveying equipment.
