Duties include: Managing 6 stylists, 2 assistants, and their schedules. Book daily and future appointments based on various service time frames depending on stylist expertise by proficiently using appointment booking software (Rosy) that I implemented in August 2016. I migrated old salon system, SalonBiz, to Rosy in order to streamline client communication. Areas of improvement include increased appointment confirmations due to auto-reminders sent via text/email. Simplified closing process and payroll with comprehensive reporting abilities.Provide a high level of customer service, maintain cleanliness and presentation of the salon, along with remedying any complaints or issues between stylists and/or clients.Order all retail and professional products for the salon including, but not limited to, custom hair extensions, hair & makeup products, salon professional tools, client product requests...etc.Introduce new product categories, brands, and services, promote them, and track the sales growth.Create pricing for new services and adjust cost structure of current services with approval from owners.Manage all social media marketing including, but not limited to, Facebook and Instagram posts/promotions, using MailChimp to create email campaigns, developing lead generation ads, using ClientConnect in Rosy Salon Software to generate auto emails for client birthdays and designing templates in Canva. Brainstorm salon promotions to increase clientele and book more clients for newer stylists who are building their client base…etc.Responsible for all billing on a monthly basis.Calculate stylist/hourly payroll for all employees. Submit and distribute biweekly.

Began working at the salon as a Social Media Marketer while doubling as a part-time assistant to the stylists on busy days. Set up clients for various services, mixed color, shampooed, maintained cleanliness of salon, stocked back room, checked in orders, multitasked various responsibilities, and upheld high levels of customer service in all situations. Optimizing and building PPC advertising campaigns using AdWords, setting up proper conversion tracking, generating Google Analytics code, implementing it on live/dev sites, creating reports and setting goals within the dashboard, managing, tracking, and advertising using pixels on Facebook for clients and staying up to date on best practices on all social platforms including, but not limited to Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Google Plus and Google My Business along with presenting creative uses for each platform.
