I am a Computer Science student at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, pursuing a concentration in Cybersecurity. Throughout my academic journey, I have gained hands-on experience in various areas of technology, including software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity practices. I’ve participated in projects that involved developing customized environments for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint, automating workflows, and assisting in CRM solution integration. I am proficient in programming languages such as Java, and I’ve utilized Bash/Shell scripting.In addition to my technical abilities, I bring a client-focused mindset, which I honed during my internship at C5, where I worked on solutions that improved customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. My strong analytical and problem-solving skills allow me to excel in tackling complex challenges within technical teams.
