I had the opportunity to participate in an internship at Virginia Institute of Marine Science (VIMS) through the National Science Foundation Research Experience for Undergraduates program. During my time at VIMS, I worked with the highly accomplished staff at the Aquaculture Genetics and Breeding Technology Center.
