Tavon Learning Center is a greater Seattle non-profit that contributes to the vitality of our community by providing active learning and community programs that help build better lives for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We use a unique combination of outdoor gardens, community building, real-life practice, and peer coaching. With a focus on social development, independent living skills and making community connections, we use an experiential-based learning method that celebrates individual growth and friendships.
Our vision is a world where people with disabilities have equal opportunity to participate in post-high school learning and thrive in inclusive communities.
