After working on the HR services client retention team, I was granted the opportunity to work onto the OnDemand team for the summer of 2024. This is primarily a client-facing role where I will be connecting with clients via email discussing HR solutions, as well as observing HRBPs and HR Advisors as they help clients with inquiries and needs.

After the summer internship program, I was granted an extension and spent the fall school semester of 2023 working on an HR Solutions client retention team. On this team I completed client retention pre-work and observed CEAs as they retained clients and went over all of the packages Paychex offers.
