Morale Committee (MoCo) is the "backbone" of NOVAdance and has key responsibilities, including spreading the word about MoCo through marketing efforts to ensure that every Villanova student knows about MoCo and what the program entails; coordinating with the Recruitment Committee to grow MoCo through on-campus organizations; and developing and implementing a system for holding MoCo members accountable for meeting attendance and fundraising. As a MoCo Color Team Captain, I led my Green Team through the year and successfully facilitated MoCo meetings and promoted fundraising campaigns that generated more than $46,000, finishing first over three other Color Teams.
