I led several key global talent development and employee engagement programs at Epsilon including Performance Management, Corporate Social Responsibility (including heavy partnership in Diversity & Inclusion), and Learning & Organizational Development Operations.

As a dedicated L&OD Partner for a business unit of ~350 associates, as well as a senior classroom & virtual facilitator and coach across the entire Epsilon enterprise of 9,000+ global associates, I took a consultative approach in driving strategic talent development initiatives. I also leveraged my continuous improvement mindset to manage several projects and programs across the enterprise including the annual Associate Engagement Survey, 360 assessment process for senior leaders, global new hire on-boarding, and corporate social responsibility.

I designed and delivered core L&OD programs across the enterprise with the specific associate and leader development objectives always top of mind.Key accomplishments during this tenure at Epsilon include full-scale program design and management of the Epsilon Intern Program, project managing the development of an enterprise-wide interactive e-learning program (which won Gold in the 2016 Horizon Interactive Awards), and leading the "Training" work stream for the launch of Epsilon's Bangalore, India office in 2015.

As part of the agency-services group acquired by Epsilon in 2012, I worked closely with the SVP, HR and VP, Corporate Strategy on strategic initiatives, with an emphasis on internal program development and adoption.Key accomplishments during this tenure with Epsilon include revamping the employee on-boarding experience with associate engagement at the center, successfully implementing a streamlined corporate travel management solution across the organization, and project managing two large-scale office build-outs and subsequent moves in San Francisco and Chicago.

I managed all HR and recruiting functions as well as day-to-day business operations for the branding agency. During my time at HBG Health, I developed and implemented more efficient employee on-boarding, ongoing management, and performance review processes to help better enable company growth.

During a 6 month contract position with the goal of building brand presence in new territories, I crafted marketing communications and campaigns for both print and radio, managed full-cycle recruiting, and built successful marketing teams in three distinct regional areas of Melbourne, Australia.

As the content creator and manager of all internal and external communications on behalf of the company, I focused on optimizing client interactions and enhancing the employee experience. My scope of work and key accomplishments also included developing new HR processes company-wide, successfully managing multiple client events and conferences, and helping to navigate a successful merger with a partner firm, double the number of employees, and increase company profit by 300% during my tenure.
