The Emerging Technology Team at GE Power pilots new tech jumping in at the peak of the Gartner Hype Cycle (aiming to be in the early majority of the Technology Adoption Curve). In this position, I worked closely with Amazon piloting various services in a manufacturing environment. I collaborated with product owners at Amazon providing feedback and feature requests representing the interests of Industrial/Manufacturing Enterprise. In this rotation I also had exposure to Amazon Web Services - Lambda and S3 in particular - and became proficient in writing and updating AWS IAM Roles for various business personas based on security and function constraints.
