My position is all about helping people manage their healthcare; Reaching out to patients, helping them with their current disease state, engaging them and enrolling them in programs that will help their overall health and scheduling members for at home visits, telehealth visits and follow ups.

At Bill Jackson Chevrolet, I interpreted, compiled, and maintained accounting information for the dealership. I worked in an accounting office spending my days analyzing financial data and financial records for accuracy and efficiency. I multitasked and worked a receptionist position to answer phones and direct customers to the appropriate department, handle costumer complaints, and check with management before leaving each shift to ensure they do not need any additional assistance.

At Tyler Transport, my main responsibility was promoting safety awareness among employees by leading seminars and distributing informational material to provide and inform employees of the importance of driving safely. I would also analyze and audit driver’s logs to ensure safe driving and focus on disciplinary actions as needed. This position required knowledge of FMCSA rules(Hours of Service). I focused on learning and maintaining all knowledge necessary for this position. I multi tasked and worked in accounting part-time logging, filing, and ensuring accuracy of bills and load information.

At Crenshaw Community Hospital, I worked and floated to every department possible with my skill set. I floated working as a Patient Care Technician in the Emergency Room, Med/Surg, andPsychiatric Unit caring for patients and assisting nurses as necessary. I would collect and analyze patient’s vital signs, observe behaviors, log patient information, and work with nurses to ensure patient’s receive the best care possible. I also registered patients for ER services, appointments, and surgeries as well as verifying insurance, collecting copays, answering and transferring phone calls, and ensuring patient satisfaction.

At Bush’s BBQ, I worked managing restaurant on my own in the evening during high school. I took customer orders, prepared food, worked the register, answer phone calls, daily cleaning duties, and calculated register at beginning and end of each shift. I also served food and ensured customer satisfaction.
