1. Engagement, developing, and managing the business relationships with selected Systems Integrators (SIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) develop joint sales opportunities and define programs to increase revenue. 2. Maintain relation with Principal (IBM Indonesia), Partner (Mostly SI), ISVs, and End User.3. Created a portfolio of enabled ISVs to develop and deploy their business application running on IBM Solutions for GB/MM/SMB markets. When the first time I joined with PT.Avnet Datamation Solutions in Indonesia in Dec 2010 as Presales, we started from Zero with condition IBM Software is the youngest division to other divisions in Avnet and we also don’t have knowledge about IBM Software, no Business Partner database and they never heard about us before.As of the end of 2013, our team achieves revenue achievement 124% from the target and in the same period, we received award as "Excellence Achiever: IBM Best Software VAD 2013 from IBM Indonesia.When I left Avnet in 2014, PT.Avnet already had 44 partners throughout Indonesia.
