Throughout my career, I've been drawn to service-oriented roles in which building relationships and community is the primary objective and where multi-tasking and organization is key to being successful. I thrive in roles where I can flex both my creative and analytic proclivities and spin lots of different plates. I catch on quickly and enjoy new opportunities to "level up" once I've learned a new skill.For the first eight years of my career, I was an educator. During the pandemic, I pivoted to the tech industry and found my new home in People Ops roles. I love getting to apply the culture building and organizational skills I learned as a Kindergarten teacher to a workplace of adults! And working in tech, I've found a love for learning and leveraging new tools and processes to amplify my and my team's impact.
