In the School of Engineering at Mizzou, undergraduate students can work as Peer Learning Assistants within classes as professorial aids and student resources. During the fall 2019 and spring 2020 semesters, I worked as the PLA for Multimedia Project Management, a class concerned with teaching students project management, budgeting, scheduling, and other necessary project management skills. The class culminates in a five-week simulation of a large scale, million-dollar simulated project that each student must carefully plan and budget through. My responsibilities included: + Having thorough knowledge of the material and being an accessible resource for students+ Leading class activities and working directly with students to answer their questions+ Holding office hours to supervise student projects and help students problem-solve within their simulations+ Utilizing time management skills to grade weekly projects for twenty-five students

RY consists of ten client teams and three internal teams that focus on giving students real-world client work with companies in Columbia, Missouri and beyond. The Muny is an outdoor amphitheater located in St. Louis's largest public park, Forest Park. Every summer, the Muny puts on a seven-show season of musicals for an audience of over 10,000, running from June to August.My responsibilities included: + Shooting candid and posed photos of preshow activites for "Last Night at The Muny" albums on Flickr+ Maintaining organization of the Muny's large collection of photo assets and files, and sorting through old and recent photos for promotional use+ Editing LNATM photos and uploading these photos nightly to the Muny's Flickr page+ Shooting and editing backstage photos of cast and crew+ Shooting video and b-roll at designer runs and sitzprobe for each show's 90-second promotional video+ Manipulating and enhancing the Muny's "Characters N Frames" photos in Photoshop to create a surreal, floating frame effect+ Creating and printing cast, crew, and staff IDs

The Blue Note is an intimate concert venue located in downtown Columbia. As their photography intern, I attended concerts, took photos, and optimized these photo albums for the Blue Note's digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other social media pages.My responsibilities included: + Shooting photos weekly for concerts at the Blue Note, Rose Music Hall, and affiliated venues+ Editing concert albums and posting to Facebook within 24 hours + Updating concert events pages on Facebook and sharing photos there+ Choosing photos to send and post to Instagram
