Manage the engineering stores and procurement processes utilizing the SAP financial system and Property Services- AAHL Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for stock control.Manage contractor invoicing, goods received, outstanding works and accounts payableprocesses.Prepare procurement procedures for Zone staff and ensure CMMS and SAP are updated with relevant information on a daily basis. Ensure current procurement procedures are loaded onto the Property Services- AAHL documentation system (AAHLDoc).Manage hard and soft services (buildings and grounds maintenance, pest control, cleaning/hygiene, waste disposal, specialist services, etc.) Assist in the operation of Property Services- AAHL contractor management and permit systems.Participate in the evaluation and planning of site alterations/development and user relocations.Update property records, including maintenance of site services drawings ensuring site records, facility drawings/plans and Property Databases are kept up to date.Assist in capital works & improvements related to Property Services- AAHL as required.Manage and administer the in-house secure/non-secure laundry service.Provide administrative support to the Property Services- AAHL Team by providing general office administration activities including records management, account coding and the operation of the AAHL engineering Help Desk.Ensure compliance with CSIRO policies and procedures, including Procurement, EEO and HSE, (contractor inductions, general services for site and personnel operations, safety and security).Maintain effective day-to-day relationships with all site occupants in respect of the provision of Property Services (CPS) as per the Service Level Agreements.Assist in Internal audits and compliance activities.

Manage and co-ordinate all the preventitive/ routine maintenance requirements for a State Gov't Dept accross their many regional sites throughout the state of Victoria. Maintain and update Master maintenance plans and following up outstanding works so they are completed and paid through SAP. Monitoring budget spend and assisting with annual budget prep. Audit and manage the 400 + contractors who perform these works so that they maintain compliant with the Depts and FiveD's criteria. Maintain contractor databases and ranking tables in SAP. Assist the Dept with their state wide procurement plan from start to finish so that RFT's can be compiled, sent to market,evaluated and then awarded. Manage and co-ordinate the tranistion of awarded contracts.

Co-managed comercial property portfolio with duties including lease neg, rent increases/ collections and asset management. Responsibile for the preventive maintenance of the portfolio along small cap ex works/ project management as and when required.

Assist with the management of a portfolio of 8 commercial properties in Melbournes CBD for a major commercial bank. Developed, presented FM and Property budgets for each building. Co-ordinate FM works in conjuction with FM's. Manage all soft service contracts. Point of contact for leaseee issues.
