I am an IT Professional with 20+ years of experience in IT Management, Systems Administration and Support, primarily within the Architecture, Design and Legal professions. Through close engagement with clients, I work hard to deliver innovative and cost effective technology solutions that align with an organisation’s strategic needs. My excellent communication skills and customer focus enables me to interpret requirements and explain solutions in a clear and professional manner. Having a background in both technical and non-technical roles I am able to ‘bridge the gap’ between the IT and business worlds. I have also used these skills to train non-technical staff in various IT systems as well as lead and mentor a small team of IT staff.With a background in managing an IT team in a medium sized business and as a consultant assisting small businesses with their IT needs, I am equally at home working collaboratively and independently as required.I am a great believer in continuous education and love the challenges presented by learning new skills, technologies, and solutions.
