Extract the resumes from the resume data bank. Concentrating candidates who are on like F1 (OPT /CPT) TN and H1B visa status. Searching resumes in portals (Monster, Dice, and Experience, etc). Screening the resumes and maintaining a separate database. Following up with candidates. Situation Handling Responsible for sourcing candidates through job portals, networking, and Situation Handling. Effective database maintenance of large resume pools. Source candidates through existing databases and contacts, and manage the Internet-based recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs.Reverse Recruitment Responsibilities Manage job searches to help professionals at all levels through Reverse Recruiting, a unique service that sources candidates to companies seeking marketable candidates.Main responsibilities include: Chat with professional clients to discuss their career goals, expectations, and requirements. Optimize and customize professional resume, LinkedIn profile, and other materials based on career objectives and targeted jobs. Skillfully network to build strategic relationships leading to job interviews and exploratory conversations with the right people. Perform administrative duties from writing messages to filling out job applications. Provide expert advice and/or coaching for job searches and applications, networking, and interview preparation.
