I graduated from RMIT University in Vietnam with a Bachelor of Merchandise Management degree. This program provided me with a wide range of skills and knowledge. I started a local online pet business in 2019. My understanding of digital marketing and experience has allowed me to build an audience who follows and wants to use my product to improve my profit margin.While working for Midnight Sleepwear for half a year in 2020, I gained valuable insight into business operations, including marketing and sourcing. My four years of employment at MARC FASHION have also provided me with different opportunities, such as working as a Creative Planner Part time at Elpis Clothing. It has been my experience to manage multiple tasks in order to deliver the best results to the team and achieve the desired outcomes for consumers. I have worked for Branding Marketing for more than four years and collaborate with the business department in general. My latest venture at Nilead is as Marketing and Branding Manager. My responsibilities include branding and messaging. Working with Business Development/Customer Care, I will strive to improve customer experience, implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and increase sales. I am a fluent English speaker and I have years of experience working in the Marketing Department and other teams.I love photography and social media. My motto is to carry out all tasks efficiently.
