A project to renovate an old 500 sqm home (6 floors) into a new, cozy, modern vacation rental property. In this project, besides being a co-investor, I also work as the co-contractor to develop a renovation plan, oversee construction, and take the lead in metal, wood, and interior decoration. Once the house is fully renovated, I will be responsible for collaborating with real estate agents to attract suitable buyers for the property, establishing a consistent and successful operation. The project aims to finish by July 2024.

Assisted a start-up printing press by:- Consulted on store design and interior design.- Offered insights into the operations of different Riso Printing studios in England.- Guided Risograph printing techniques, materials, and resources.- Developed a marketing plan by collaborating with young local illustrators to create works related to the brand's name, which were then printed and sold for the opening.
