Implemented innovative campaigns for the employee Clean Commute Program to promote long-term sustainable behavior changes. • Developed and implemented 4 outreach campaigns to engage employees in behavior changes • Managed a County-wide campaign and recruited 750 employees to participate at 35 facilities • Conducted participatory research through surveys and focus groups to inform campaign strategies• Composed and designed outreach materials about clean commute benefits and resources• Promoted campaigns through email, websites, newsletters, social media, and staff meetings• Trained 20 employees as Clean Commute Champions to promote the campaigns to colleagues• Utilized Community Based Social Marketing techniques to increase participation• Compiled data of employee commute habits to measure success of campaigns

This fellowship program partners with San Francisco Bay Area communities and local governments to develop and implement projects that address climate change resiliency. Climate Corps placed me with Alameda County to implement the Clean Commute Program goals set in the County's Climate Action Plan.• Presented a guest lecturer at Skyline College on disaster response, adaptation, and stakeholder engagement• Designed lesson plan addressing socio-economic injustices of climate change in Bay Area• Assigned students group work to critique the equity of emergency response and adaption• Received a Climate Change Protection Professional Certificate• Attended monthly trainings that covered topics such as: energy efficiency, water, education, government, renewable energy, corporate social responsibility, and career planning
