Driven to create safe environments, I leverage my 10 years of experience in youth development to guide organizations in preventing sexual abuse. As a Risk Consultant at Praesidium and a Licensed Master Social Worker, I partner with organizations across all industries to assess their risk landscapes, implement evidence-based prevention strategies, and ensure effective, survivor-focused, responses to abuse. My passion for youth protection stems from a decade of working directly with youth in mentoring programs, nonprofits, schools, summer camps, and support groups. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master's of Social Work focused on organizational sexual abuse prevention. I am committed to helping all organizations create safe environments so they can protect the individuals they serve and achieve their missions.
