Key responsibilities:- Receive and analyze the requirements of customers.- Design requirements into diagrams, processes, and wireframes.- Planning an overview of the project, and meeting implementation with relevant departments (Design, Developer, Tester).- Monitor the project progress, and support cross-functional teams to resolve the questions during project implementation.- Prepare project documents and manuals for relevant departments.- Support to check the product output and present it to the customer.- Support team members to execute projects as required.

- Driver onboarding about Lalamove's application, operating procedures and policies of Lalamove alsopropagate reality circumstances for drivers.- Supporting operations team to solve related problems and ensuring the activities in efficient way.- Testing Lalamove's application to fix problems as soon as receiving responses from drivers.- Completing related processes and resolving problems in the driver operation procedures.
