Recruited to be part of a project with the Ministry of Interior, Qatar, to install facial recognition cameras across the country.• Set up appointments for site visits to locations such as hotels, malls, government buildings, etc., to decide where the cameras are placed. The objective is to cover all entrances of the building where anyone that enters will be recorded. The placements are configured based on certain measurements given by managers.• utilize tools like Jira or Trello for task tracking and project planning. These tools helped me to keep track of the project’s progress and manage the tasks effectively.• Effectively utilize tools like Harvest or Toggl to track the time spent on each task. This helped in estimating the time required for future tasks and in managing resources effectively.• Manage contractors to provide installation status, and record the progress of each site.• Created proposals after the site survey, which includes the number of cameras, the distance from the target, the height of the camera, the type of camera and lenses. It also includes pictures of the camera positions and the target area of the entrance.• After the cameras are set up, revisited to configure the cameras using software such as IPConfig and configuring devices such as IVSS and Milestone.• Recorded all activities using Excel, recorded all the status of the installation process and the date of visit, recorded the number of cameras on each site visited and their IP address.
