Current- Oversee the management of the chapter's social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram (11.5K followers), TikTok (37K followers), Facebook, and Pinterest, with a primary focus on Instagram and TikTok.- Develop and execute a strategic content plan, ensuring consistent posting and engagement across platforms. Responsibilities include creating 3 Instagram posts, 1 Instagram Reel, and daily Instagram Stories each week, alongside 1-2 TikTok videos per week.- Utilize Canva and other design tools to create visually compelling social media content, ensuring alignment with the chapter's brand identity and values.- Lead a team of four committee members, coordinating efforts to produce high-quality content and manage chapter merchandise, while fostering collaboration and creativity within the team.- Track performance metrics, analyze engagement, and adapt strategies to optimize reach and community engagement.- Act as the primary point of contact for all public relations and marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent and positive representation of the Gamma Rho chapter and its values.
