I am in my 8th year of being a teacher, which means I am the designer, content writer, operations lead, communications specialist, and program manager for my classroom. I currently I have three job titles while working in one position. This means all in the same day, I can excite students about a STEM lesson, build consensus among teachers, and get district-level buy-in for a new edtech product. I am also a unique educator because I have 60+ college course hours of Graphic Design. I am proficient in Adobe CC and consider myself tech savvy, being abke to quickly pick up on other deign programs.First Grade Teacher+ Developed and designed learning materials, as well as measured their efficacy.+ Leveraged data to improve curriculum sequencing.+ Have a 90% success rate on my student learning target goals. Implementation Lead, Student Well Being (PBIS)+ Researched and worked with PBIS Rewards to bring a positive incentive program to my school.+ Organized the launch of this new program to my colleagues.+ Currently running a successful new PBIS technology program to 450 students and 60+ colleagues.
