Responsibilities include: Building a pipeline of potential candidates through creative use of resources, pre-screening candidates through behavioral based questions, communicating with applicants and clients daily, prescreening between 40-50 applicants a week, managing calendar and scheduling 30+ interviews a week, creating a positive experience for potential candidates and clients from start to finish, maintaining payroll information and timesheets. Use Bullhorn for ATS. Job Boards used include: Monster, Indeed, Glassdoor, Craigslist. Recruit for admin, customer service, warehouse, sales, and occasional PM or logistics roles.
