As Student Body Attorney General, I regulate the operation of the student judicial boards, including coordinating the appeals process, compiling all paperwork for cases and recommended sanctions, and managing the selection and dismissal of Judicial Branch members. In addition to being the administrator of the Judicial Branch, I recommend to the Student Body President and the Student Senate the Chief Justice along with the seven Supreme Court justices and the two alternative justices. Furthermore, I serve as the student representative of the University to the administration in all matters involving student policies and judicial procedures.

Work within the Office of Community and Ethical Standards on a weekly basis as the Assistant Attorney General of Recruitment . Assist the Director with student conduct hearings while reviewing and organizing reports and violations. Work to write and send charge letters.

Advise and support students who violated the Clemson University Code of Conduct throughout their Judicial Board process. Ensure the Judicial Board follows all bylaws to protect the student’s right to privacy and a fair sanction.

Attend weekly hearings that discuss a student’s violation of the Clemson University Code of Conduct.Adjudicate with fellow board members and decide what sanction is appropriate.

Writes several blog posts and speaks at conferences on behalf of the non profit to provide a student perspective.

The Honors Student Advisory Board (HSAB) is a group of students from all majors and years within the Clemson University Honors College who aim to represent the interests and needs of students within the college. We strive to serve as a link between the Honors College staff and the Honors student body.The goal of the HSAB is to increase the amount of communication and student input exchanged between the student body and faculty members to plan better and improve the college. We believe that increasing student input into conversations concerning the running and direction of the Clemson University Honors College will lead to more programs tailored to the needs and wants of Honors students.

Vice President: Assist the President in their duties and step in as Secretary to take meeting minutes if needed. Coordinate all conferences and retreats both on and off campus.Secretary: Scheduled meetings and sent invitations specifying time and location. Write summaries of every event for all of our communications platforms. Set up workshops, conferences, and meetings by scheduling and reserving rooms and preparing supplies.

Work with partners to defend clients in the pharmaceutical, energy, and technology industries against allegations ranging from unfair trade practices to violations of energy regulations. Primarily supported Johnson & Johnson, Eli Lilly and Company, and TikTok. Engage in ongoing dialogue with state Attorneys General and their senior staff to educate them on the firm’s clients and emerging issues while cultivating constructive relationships to address their concerns and help resolve our clients’ matters satisfactorily.

Researched legislation for attorneys of the Legislative Council, South Carolina Senators, and South Carolina Representatives. Assisted with research by analyzing legal statutes, codes, and previous court decisions to determine the next course of action during the General Session.

Worked within the Center for Student Leadership and Engagement to support leadership engagement programs and services that result in student success. My team works collaboratively to facilitate workshops, design programs, and offer peer-to-peer consultations thatequip Clemson students with the tools needed to become competent, confident, and highly sought afterClemson Leaders.

Attend several monthly educational speakers and ensures our chapter is following all local and national laws. Present at weekly all chapter meetings and weekly Executive Board Meetings.

Represented the South Carolina Legislative Council by communicating with representatives, answering calls, and editing legislation.
