Manager, Training Accreditation Services
Current- Overseeing both the strategic and operational aspects of accreditation across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand, working with Fellows, health setting executives, State/Territory health jurisdictions and health.
- Project Manager for the FATES (Flexible Approach to Training in Expanded Settings) Rural Training Models project to support quality specialist medical training in regional, rural, and remote Australia, reduce barriers.
- Leading and developing the Accreditation services portfolio including transition of functions from Training Services. Creating and implementing the change and communication strategy.
- Managing an annual program of accreditation activities including review of written submissions, site visits and active management cases.
- Leading and supporting the work of 20 staff in the Accreditation team to ensure a high standard of advice and service delivery to training settings, College committees, trainees, supervisors, and Fellows.
- Project Manager for Phase 2 Accreditation Renewal which involves leading the strategy in facilitating the establishment of network accreditation across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
