In this leadership position I developed a comprehensive, yearlong programming schedule to educate the chapter about topics ranging from diversity, equity and inclusion, to student wellness.I organized and led events/workshops for 70+ members, submitted timely program prospectuses, feedback surveys, as well as program reports.

- Led efforts within the chapter to build a community where all members felt welcomed and included and that all aspects of their identity are valued, cared for, and protected.-Prepared and implemented programming that fostered inclusivity, conversation, and belonging within the sorority.

In this role I promoted academic awareness and excellence, supervised chapter scholarship, and provided assistance to members: - Designed and implemented a yearly, goal-oriented academic excellence plan, additionally I enforced the chapter’s scholastic expectations on a regular basis.- Worked closely with struggling members to develop academic progress plans, which included comprehensive study plans and monthly academic progress meetings throughout the semester.- Regular collaboration with a committee of members on academic programming and initiatives to improve academic performance amongst members.

As a primary key holder for Malia Mills I spearheaded the store's daily operations for the brand's summer pop up boutique. In this role, I provided outstanding guest experience for high-end clientele, such as forming and fostering meaningful relationships with guests throughout the summer. Primary tasks included e-commerce management and fulfillment, inventory, product transfer, client data entry, and execution of projects as assigned.

- Led the integration of first year students at Lafayette College through a three day orientation program.- Acted as a student role model, educated first year student about harm reduction on campus, helped facilitate community and friendship amongst first year students, introduced students to college policies and standards.

As a resident advisor I worked to foster community amongst 30+ residents while promoting a supportive, positive, and safe environment for all residents. Key roles included:- Implemented and enforced all campus living policies and executed monthly programming initiatives on topics such as harm reduction, personal development, and academic success.- Managed administrative duties such as budgeting, maintenance requests, incident reports, roommate agreements, and room transfers.- Supported students in their day to day lives, often resolving conflict.

As a Lafayette College Ambassador, I led efficient, fun, and informative hour-long tours of campus for prospective students and family members. On these tours I represented Lafayette College and managed questions and concerns of students and parents in a professional and engaging manner.
