"Scrum" is a methodology popular with software development teams. As a certified Scrum Master who has worked with multiple software development teams, I am deeply familiar with the challenges of working on complex projects with changing requirements. When it came time to plan my wedding (a complex project with changing requirements!), I borrowed heavily from the world of scrum, and had a pain-free wedding planning experience as a result. I wanted to help other people have enjoyable experiences, so I launched Scrum Your Wedding as a free guide in February of 2015, with a friend. We also offered coaching services for couples planning weddings.
