As the HR and Talent Manager at Brethertons, a key part of my role was working as a HR Business Partner with different practice areas -partnering with them to support managers and their teams to achieve their practice area and individual ambitions, in line with the firms strategy. In addition to this, I led our talent programme at Brethertons - encompassing Learning and Development, Recruitment, and Early Careers Development, and was responsible for a variety of high level strategic projects requiring senior buy in. Projects included the development of a cohesive Talent framework - encompassing all areas above; creation, development, and implementation of an L&D framework to assist in the delivery of the firms vision and strategy, aligned with budget constraints; roll out of firm wide E-Learning platform; development of new orientation programme; various business change projects; succession planning and organisational design; and salary and benefits benchmarking.Within this role I ran various recruitment initiatives, and managed our early talent acquisition programme (work experience through to graduate recruitment). I also have experience with business and organisational change, employee relations and policy development.
