Prior to my role at Shakespeare Martineau I was employed at Brethertons LLP as the HR and Talent Manager. My role required me to work as a HR Business Partner - supporting the business on a range of strategic initiatives, while also managing our Learning and Development and Recruitment programmes (as aligned to the businesses ambitions). I have experience regularly working with senior stakeholders in the business, giving commercially driven HR advice, and driving large projects of strategic business importance.I gained an MA in Industrial Relations and Managing Human Resources from Warwick Business School in 2013 whilst also studying for my CIPD (Level 7). I am a tenacious, reliable and creative HRBP who also holds specialist capabilities in L&D and recruitment.
