I'm leading an exciting project at Five Talents to update our MEL approach by digitalising how we collect, analyse, and visualise data. My role is all about working closely with our partners and programme team to ensure we’re tracking the metrics that matter most.I support our programme partners in reviewing their theories of change, digitising data.

Coordinate all FTUK-funded programmes in order to: - Identify and onboard new programme partners. - Work with programme partners to develop targets and budgets which are inline with Five Talents’ social mission and funding available. - Ensure the implementation of good quality monitoring, evaluation and learning - Review quarterly reports from programme.

Managed programme in Nakuru, Kenya including regular contact with partner, working with the local team to produce budgets and reports.
