CurrentFive Talents is a charity that empowers communities and delivers sustainable development through programmes that:🔹 Are community owned and led - delivered through churches by expert trainers from the communities they are serving. They teach members how to read, write and count, and teach money-management and business skills. 🔹 Empower women and build resilience - our programme parters work in rural communities where female literacy rates are as low as 1%. Having learnt to read and write, members save together (building a loan fund), and lend to one another.🔹 Deliver effective and sustainable development - we have the data to prove it! After 3-5 years of investment, these Savings Groups are self-sufficient. Our delivery partners move on. Groups continue to operate, grow and unlock transformation. “After joining the program, I saved monthly and then took out a loan and bought a goat which gave me two kids - five times!
