The name is chosen because it clearly describes what I do for a living: I work as Chairman of the Board, board member and in advisory boards, AND I work with companies as strategic advisor, management consultant or interim. Everything with the aim to GROW companies. Key areas of my contribution is commercial development (strategy, internationalisation, digitalization and growth) branding and marketing as well as professionalizing.

The benefit of the CrossWALKER® is, that the body is kept in a straight and healthy position, whereas the traditional mobility aid is known to fixate the upper body in an inappropriate forward-bent position. Human Walking ApS want to continue developing the CrossWALKER® and see a big unexploited potential across a multitude of markets. The CrossWALKER® is currently sold through distributors. Candor ApS is in the hospital supply industry. Established in 2007, develop and distribute equipment for use in fixing patients in radiation therapy. The products are developed in close collaboration with leading cancer departments worldwide, and are primarily constructed in carbon fiber or MR friendly materials. Candor ApS also import and sell complementary equipment. Products from Candor ApS are registered with the FDA in the USA and have an MDR/UDI registration in the EU. Production and assembly are outsourced to selected suppliers, including the sister company SMEL Industry ApS. In connection with the change of ownership, I was appointed Chairman of the Board.

SMEL Industry ApS is a high-tech manufacturing company within construction, development, machining, welding, mechanical work and assembly as well as repair and service. Working in all kinds of metal, in plastic (3-D print), carbon fiber and plastics. The company is family owned, founded in 1990, and has a strong track with customers all over the world. Working with customers part of the industrial, hospital and defense sectors. In connection with the change of ownership, I stepped in as Chairman of the Board.
