I am involved with leading, managing and facilitating change and development processes all around the Globe. Contributions to capacity development concentrate on creating inspired changes, whereby people, organizations and communities/societies access innate needs for dignity, meaning and community and take actions they care about. My current work focuses the transformation of organisations and communities into sustainable innovating systems. This involves facilitating change through “large scale interventions” and the development of "learning systems" applied for purposes of vision building, policy development, strategizing and action planning.Specialties: My passion and specialisation lies with “large group methods” such as future search, open space technology, appreciative inquiry, world café and others. These approaches are characterized by the simultaneous involvement of 10 – 1000 participants in a dynamic, interactive and learning-based manner. The finding of common ground, generating commitment and ownership among stakeholders is a key aspect of his approaches in facilitating big group meetings.
