Lisette Gast is a partner in Perspectivity with over twenty years of work experience in the facilitation of complex change processes, often based on participatory and transformational learning. With an academic background in communications, Ms. Gast gained experience with many facets of change in many countries, a.o. Tanzania, Ecuador, Colombia, Bolivia, Ghana and Jordan. During her career she developed a passion for the working for and with women and youth initiatives. Her role is co-creator, facilitator and amplifier of minority voices.Lisette has designed and facilitated a range of processes, which include participatory design and implementation of facilitation and trainings, setting up learning architectures, coaching. She strongly supports participatory learning processes, where the participants in a workshop and training are challenged to reflect and are enabled to work on knowledge skills and attitudes.Lisette is inspirated by group dynamics in complex settings and is always curious to gain new insights. She is has an open and energetic personality.
