"It is important to generate a culture around simulation driven development" Based on my 20+ years experience from research in structural optimization and my work with new methods and tool for Simulation Driven Development in the vehicle industry, my goal has always been to contribute to new knowledge to meet future demands and requirements. With this passion I drive the use of e.g. structural optimization as a tool to gain knowledge in the early design phases striving to shift more to simulation driven development as a complement to the more mature area of using CAE for verification. I am not alone with this passion and am driving a national arena on product optimization within LIGHTer Arena.
