Working with Sandwell's Shadow Youth Cabinet and supporting them in tackling issues that affect teenagers from all kinds of backgrounds in their local areas and to empower them to take positive action through campaigns and events. The main aim of the youth cabinet is to give young people a voice and to liase with organisations and other youth provisions. Creating youth councils in youth clubs around the Sandwell area and training young people to make decisions for their centres. Delivering evening sessions to groups on the roles within a committee. Supporting staff at residential centres and helping young people to gain confidence, trust and to build team work skills.
