AP Diving recruited me to manage the implementation of their new ERP Solution. My role encompasses project management of the entire project covering Sales, Finance, manufacturing, servicing, and inventory maintenance. In addition to managing the project and the relationship with the vendor I am the technical expert on the product and am responsible for all aspects of the technical roll out.

Following a successful term as a contractor I was recruited into a permanent position within Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management (GWM) Technology. My role here is to assume responsibility for all GWM Document Management systems within the EMEA region. Here I assumed full responsibility the document management infrastructure within the offshore Trust business, acted as point of expertise for the Swiss Bank operation and shared responsibility for the international Document Management systems with the US. I was responsible for support and maintenance as well as delivery of new projects and functionality. I worked in parallel to our development team but also had a developer and technical analyst reporting directly to me. Whilst continuing to maintain the existing infrastructure I developed a new document capture infrastructure using the EMC Captiva Suite of products whilst preparing for a roll out of Documentum.

I joined Steria in January 2004 as a solution designer. My primary role was to work closely with the business consultancy team to provide detailed system design and technical specifications based on identified user requirements in the EDRMS and Workflow arena. I was also involved with the development of the Steria technology strategy sitting on the steering committee as a member of the EDRMS domain and also as the Domain leader for Workflow.
