-Hands on experience in Technology hiring (IT) and Niche skills andexpertise in Permanent and Contract Requirements.-Involved in the entire END to END recruitment life cycle whichincludes sourcing, initial technical screening, setting up interviewpanels, negotiating salary, releasing offers and onboardingcandidates.-Experience in recruiting and selecting highly skilled resources frominternal and external sources.-As per the requirements sourcing the candidates through variousjob boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Instahyre, Employeereferrals, Job posting, Internal Database etc.,-Analyzing candidates via telephonic conversation and evaluatingemployment factors, which includes Job experience, employmenthistory, skills, education, current project, current and expected CTC,Notice period etc.-Uploading the profiles in ATS to avoid duplication.-Conducting & Co-ordinating online assessment for first level ofinterview for scrutinizing and mapping the shortlisted profiles withthe technical panel and scheduling the Interview for further levels.-Updating the interview selection status to the resources andcollecting the required documents for smooth offer releasingprocess.-Follow up with offered candidates on a regular basis till their onboarding.-Updating of daily sourcing tracker and sending the hiring reports.-Regular meetings with staffing partners on hiring data.-Maintaining and managing resume database which I get from eachand every requirement with effective skills.
