Project delivery include Deployment & installation of Vblocks, Infrastructure upgrades, Software upgrades, Hybrid Cloud setup and upgrades.Work with Global sales and Architect to scope all necessary services to deliver the proposed solution. Enlist the appropriate resources to validate architectural and delivery design. Ensure installation and integration procedures are in place for deployment. Ensure project remains on schedule, on budget and within the defined scope. Provide focused delivery of all aspects of project management, project scope definition, risk management, adaptable project scheduling, resource management and consistent project documentation and reporting. Provide regular reporting to executive team, client and other stakeholders as required.
