Sales Compensation Process is an integral part of Finance, Payroll,HR and Sales operations where the variable compensation part of the entire sales organization is calculated and administered. • Works with Sales Operation and Strategy Finance to roll out compensation plan changes• Supporting Ad Hoc request like Create Quotes in Oracle CPQ for Cloud product in Upsell, cross sell, New and renewal category• Responsible for commission and bonus statement generation and sending to Oracle Sales employees.• First Line Compensation issue resolution providing supports to HRSSC, Sales Operation, Strategic Finance, Payroll and GL Team.• Collaborate with Strategic Finance and sales operation team to compute Accrual analysis and Funding analysis• Calculate quarterly and monthly earnings for sales employees focusing on accuracy, completeness as per compensation plan• Database maintenance of variable payout and employee bonus• Providing achievement reports for quarterly and yearly awards program• Working with GPO and maintenance of process documents for any changes in process or exception• Building hierarchy in the ECA.• Generate Pay list in ECA (Enterprise Compensation Application)• Doing sanity checks on the data provided by the system before creating the pay list for every county.• Manage the data for each pay list along with every pay list for future reference.• Create pay list review file and consolidate the payments from all the LOB’s.• Performance report/Commission statements are analyzed and sent to the Sales.• First point of contact for the compensation quarries• Preparing mega deal calculations summary for the CEO review and approval• Comp Exception calculations and review for the management approval• Collaborate with divisional finance team for reporting and help managements to take decisions• Work with divisional HR team for calculating the final calculations for the termed rep and submitting the amounts to local pay roll team
